This submission responds to the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Bill 2013 which if passed will replace the Residential Parks Act.
Introduction
The Submission was prepared by CPSA’s Park and Village Service (PAVS). Which was a resourcing service funded by NSW Fair Trading under the Tenants’ Advice and Advocacy Program.
