The Australian Government implemented the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth) on 12 March 2014. This legislation comprises 13 Australian Privacy Principles that apply to organisations such as CPSA. CPSA respects and upholds your rights to privacy protection under the Australian Privacy Principles in regulating how we collect, use, disclose and hold your personal information.
